Weekly Sync & Momentum

Week 1 - Week 3:

We reccommend a revolving 15 minute weekly "touch base" call to continue to refine the search, move interviews forward, and keep top candidates engaged with clear, consistent communication on both sides.

This helps to ensure clients and candidates expectations are properly managed.

Since entering the Human Capital Management space in 2014, he has witnessed the rapid evolution of the HR tech landscape. As a founder, he specializes in connecting top talent with opportunities across GTM, AI/ML, and Financial Markets. He has successfully built 0–1 GTM sales teams and processes, partnering with both Fortune 500 and early-stage companies. These experiences have given him a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face at every stage.

TYLER MASE

Managing partner

Tyler has 7+ years of GTM Recruitment experience where he has made over 200 placements across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Brand, Operations, and Executive Leadership positions. His expertise includes GTM strategy, developing recruitment processes, and scaling early-stage revenue teams. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, practicing yoga, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
